Emberlin was created to ensure that every child has equal access to unforgettable experiences.
After seeing how many girls missed out on trips and clubs due to limited volunteer capacity, we set out to build something different — a place where children thrive and staff feel truly supported.
At Emberlin, every session is led with purpose and joy. We believe every girl deserves the chance to explore, grow, and build memories that last a lifetime — in a safe, creative, and welcoming environment.
Our Mission
Our mission is simple: to provide amazing experiences for every child, every time.
Each Emberlin group embarks on at least three exciting trips per year — from theatre visits and seaside days to hands-on adventures in nature or creative workshops.

Meet the Team
Meet Sophie
Sophie, the manager of Emberlin, began her journey volunteering at a local youth group. Initially helping just a few hours per week, she soon stepped up to lead, preventing the group from closing and turning her passion for youth work into a full-time mission.
After witnessing the challenges volunteers face, she created Emberlin to offer fair support for staff and incredible experiences for every girl.
Her goal? A place where children feel seen, and staff feel valued.
